It gets even better, the release date has been confirmed to be as soon as 13th May 2017
First released in 1989 the Jordan 4 has had many popular releases, collaborations and EXTREMELY limited one of a kind launches (cough cough…..Kaws x Jordan 4 cough cough).
At what can only be considered as a major coincidence, it appears pure white colourways are releasing more and more as we wait for summer to officially kick in. Seriously, think about it, we’ve had the Jordan 5 Pure Money, Yeezy Boost 350 V2 white/Cream, Flyknit Racer Goddess and the Adidas ultra boost white mono and that’s just the releases that are considered limited or exclusive in comparison to general releases.
It has to be noted however, the Jordan 4 is more popular among Jordan fans in Europe and the UK in comparison to the Jordan 5. In conjunction with the steep price of the Jordan 5 “Pure Money”, it may explain why the 5’s are still available online and in-store at various European retailers for a steep £330. It’s unlikely the Jordan 4 Pure Money will have any issues selling out as the white leather upper and platinum jumpman logos are visibly alluring, a genuine welcome addition to this version of the shoe.
In a stark contrast to it’s natural successor, the Jordan 4 pure money will be priced at a reassuring £160….almost half the price of the 5….thank goodness for that, because the Jordan 4’s are a favorite of ours and anyone who’s managed to get a pair of the Jordan 4 Royals (black and gold) may wish to complete a day & night type rotation by purchasing the pure money 4’s as they are almost a virtual opposites (white & silver vs Black & Gold).
Will you be hoping to get your hands on these ? Well if you can’t wait, check out the current range of exclusive Jordans here.
